  • These two executive new-build homes sit within the idyllic Essex village of Great Chesterford, where our team delivered both the first and final phases of the project. Works began with the site strip, road construction, foundations, substructure, and installation of drainage systems and outfall connections. Once the houses were complete, our Landscape team returned to carry out all hard and soft landscaping — including patios, lawns, and fencing — transforming the development into a pair of beautifully finished homes.
