  • This picturesque development features five luxury detached homes in Harpenden, Hertfordshire. Our scope of works included the demolition of existing outbuildings, full site clearance — including tree works - and enabling works such as service diversions. We delivered foundations, substructure blockwork, block‑and‑beam floor installation, drainage and new utilities, leaving the site fully prepared for construction above DPC.

    Once the homes were completed, we returned to deliver road construction, Section 106 site entrance works onto the highway and all hard and soft landscaping works, presenting a fully finished environment ready for its new residents.
