We delivered the full groundworks and basement construction package for this viral Harpenden renovation, including demolition, piling, 350m³ of excavation, reinforced concrete slab and liner walls, as well as Type C waterproofing. The 85m² basement was completed with cavity blockwork, structural steels and a block‑and‑beam floor, ready for superstructure works to commence. All planned and executed with precision alongside MLC for safe, efficient delivery.
